BayNS is an IT managed service and consulting firm. We provide support mostly to ACE industry companies.
We are looking for an enthusiastic remote team support technician. We provide remote and onsite support for small businesses. Most of our customers are in the ACE industry. You will be helping users with their computer issues. You will also need to do regular maintenance tasks.
Skills

Experience
1.35 years proven experience in a similar position or have worked in an office as the goto IT support person. Have worked as a member of a support team for a small business.
2.Experience with Windows 10, MS Office 2016. Adobe Design Premium CS4, CS5, CS6, Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch Up 20182019, Blue Beam 20182019, Adobe Acrobat, and Outlook 2016.
3.Working knowledge of Autotask PSA System.
4.Working knowledge of Office 365, LogMeIn, GoToMeeting, Zoom, and WebEx.
5.Experience working with smartphones and tablets such as iPhones, IPad and Droids.
6.Must be familiar with LANWAN IP networks, firewalls Fortinet and Cisco, and switches, VPNs, and Windows servers environment.
7.Experience with Windows Server 201220162019, Exchange Server 2016. Administration only is enough.
8.Experience with Windows PowerShell and Microsoft Group Policy implementation for Windows Servers.
