The Marketing Assistant will report to the Marketing Director and will support the execution of the marketing strategy.
Responsibilities
Provides support to marketing department in data reporting, vendor management and copywriting
Assists with website developments maintenance
Drafts communication materials such as newsletters sent to staff and customers
Edits blog posts and PR pieces
Updates and maintains the marketing departments documentation and databases
Basic photo editing and manipulation and file management
Perform website and social media audits and page management
Enforces endomarketing efforts for employees
Assists with reward campaigns for loyal customers
Extracts data and call reports for analysis
Uses analysis techniques to gather important data social media, web analytics, ROAS
Communicates with sales team for ideas and status of campaigns
Expected to fulfill additional duties as assigned and Assist Marketing Director with any departmental needs
SkillsQualifications
4year college degree in Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations or related area.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
Proficient English is required
Strong copywriting skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas
Computer expertise includes Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
Experience with social media sites LinkedIn Facebook Twitter Hootsuite, etc.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to demonstrate creativity, initiative and problem solving skills
